Fundraising Events:

Fundraising events for the WGBA are ticketed events offered to the general public in order to raise money for the ongoing beautification and upkeep of Lincoln Ave, as well as funds for future events.

 

Wine/Beer Walks:

Beer Walk – 6/15

Summer Wine Walk – 8/24

Holiday Bubbly Walk – 12/7

 

-Glassware Sponsorship - $2,000

Includes the glassware, sponsor graphic and shipping, and any leftover glassware would also be given to the sponsor.  The wine walk graphic will be predetermined; however, you can choose whatever logo you would like for the sponsor side of the glass.  It could either be a generic business logo or include a specific person's name, in white or black font.  You would have final approval before graphics are finalized.  These walks can draw anywhere from 600-800 people.  

 

-Balloon Sponsorship - $650

The sponsor would be featured on the large balloon arrangement at check-in the day of the event.  This will be a large balloon display, i.e. a balloon wine glass, champagne bottle, etc. and a sign in the middle with the sponsor’s name.

 

Both sponsorships include a sponsor logo featured on our website with a hyperlink to their site, as well as the logo on the event map and social media posts.  There is also an option to set up a booth at the event check-in site.

Promotional Events:

 

Promotional events are hosted by the WGBA to bring more foot traffic to Lincoln Ave and surrounding businesses.  The sponsorship of these events would go primarily towards marketing, as these are events open to the public, seeking promotions, giveaways, and deals at participating locations.

Community Events:

These events are held to bring the community together in Downtown Willow Glen. 

 

Sponsorship - $1,000-$2,000

Trick-or-Treat along the Avenue – 10/31

The WGBA helps provide businesses from Minnesota Ave to Willow St. with bags of candy to hand out during the two separate sessions.

 

All sponsors will be featured on our website, social media and all printed materials (maps, flyers, kiosk posters*).  There is also an option to set up an information booth along Lincoln Ave during the Trick-or-Treat event.
