Holiday Trolley Rides

The Willow Glen Business Association is happy to present 12 nights of Holiday Trolley rides through the festive streets of Willow Glen. We are also offering limited and select nights and times that will be available to reserve a whole trolley for your private party. Please reach out to the WGBA directly (info@willowglen.org)

Adults - $40
Children 2-12 years old - $20
Children under 2 do not require a ticket, but will need to sit on a lap for the duration of the ride!

Q: Do we need to purchase a ticket for our infant?
A: Children 2 and under are free, but must sit on a lap during the ride.
Q: How many people can fit on a trolley?
A: The trolley can seat 32 people total.
Q: Can I bring my dog? What if it is a lap dog?
A: Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed on the trolley.
Q: How long is the ride?
A: The ride is 30 minutes long. Please plan to arrive early for check-in at the Bank of America Lot, 1245 Lincoln Ave. Rides have a firm start time.
Q: What if we can no longer use our tickets?
A: Please notify us at least 72 hours before your ride time, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will NOT be issued within 72 hours of your ride, or missing the trolley due to tardiness.
Q: Can I bring food or drink on the trolley?
A: No food is permitted on the trolley. Only drinks with a secure lid will be allowed. Keep in mind the trolley is used for multiple rides a night, so please clean up after yourselves when you leave.

Q: Does it get cold?
A: Yes! Dress warmly (and festive!) or bring a blanket, most of the Trolley is open to the elements.
Q: Will the rides be cancelled because of rain?
A: No, the rides will not be cancelled due to rain. If there is inclement weather, a more enclosed vehicle (luxury bus) may be used to keep all passengers safe and dry. You will be notified of the change 24 hours before your ride. We will do everything in our power to have the trolley available.
